Satsang is approximately 90 minutes,
including 20 minutes of silent meditation, dharma talk* and heart wisdom dialogue with Norman, and an expression of Bhakti Yoga though devotional music, singing and chanting (Kirtan led by Cynthia).
*Inspired by the nondual teachings of
Adyashanti, Ramana Maharshi, and Paul Muller-Ortega.

What is Satsang?

"Our gatherings are called Satsang. For me Satsang is 'The Home of the heart'. It is an invitation to let go of who you think you are in your thoughts and begin to touch, feel, and live from the essence of your being which is a wide open heart. Jnana Yoga (Yoga of Wisdom) and Bhakti Yoga (Yoga of Love and Devotion) can meet as one in Satsang.”
During Satsang, Norman talks about his personal experience of consciousness and discovery of our true nature as Heart Presence. His teaching focuses on helping others discover the beauty of being, which lies just beneath all thoughts.
Satsang is a Sanskrit word which means "gathering together in truth" or "being with the truth." In Satsang, we gather together to inquire into our True Nature and to awaken our heart.
"As we let go of our beliefs, and the attention on thoughts, judgment and fear, and rest simply as awareness itself we are able to experience the peace that emerges from silence—the silence which has always been there. We then can discover the essence and beauty of our True Nature and begin to embody its truth into our lives."
