Awakening to the Heart Open Sangha - Group Meditation Practice
is not tied to any lineage or set of teachings. We are an Intentional Heart-Centered Community that welcomes individuals from All Spiritual Backgrounds & Traditions.
Our meditation practice begins with a check-in, sharing of wisdom, a spiritual teaching, poem, or story and sacred music, then sounding of the temple bell and 30-minute silent meditation, followed by group sharing & reflection.
Chair and Floor Seating Available
Norman and Cynthia lead the group meditation practice. (Other members are also invited to lead.)
